CHOPPED TOMATOES TORTILLA WRAP

This Tortilla wrap is a very delicious, easy and time saving recipe. It is a light and healthy dish that you can have for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 can of Tante's chopped tomatoes

  • Dash of salt and pepper

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

  • 4 tortillas

  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tablespoon mayo

  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Method

Step 1

In a small bowl, toss the Tante's chopped tomatoes with a dash of salt and pepper.

Step 2

In another small bowl, combine softened cream cheese with mayo and dijon mustard. Mix well.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine bacon, cabbage, and tomato with the sauce.

Step 4

Divide the mixture evenly among the 4 large burrito sized tortillas. Place the mixture on the bottom 1/3 of the tortilla.

Step 5

Roll the wrap up tightly and cut in half on a diagonal. Best eaten fresh, enjoy!
