BAKED BEANS TOAST

Baked beans is predominantly a British delicacy and it is mostly eaten in the morning. One of the best ways to enjoy baked beans is on toast with a whole brick of cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Tante's baked beans

  • Some grated cheese

  • 2 slices of bread

  • Butter for spreading

  • Black pepper

  • Worcestershire sauce

Method

Step 1

Heat your Tante's baked beans in a pan with a good splash of Worcestershire sauce. We recommend heating them slowly to allow the sauce to thicken a little.

Step 2

Toast your bread and butter your toasted bread.

Step 3

Place one slice of buttered toast on a plate, pouring half the beans over. Then, place the second slice of toast on top, pouring the remaining beans over it.

Step 4

Cover with grated cheese, a generous helping of black pepper and a little more Worcestershire sauce.
