CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN

With a bag of crushed crackers and some flavouring, this recipe is a quick snack option. The fried chicken used in this recipe has crunchy skin with a golden brown finish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken drumsticks

  • Tante's Cream Crackers, crushed into crumbs and mixed evenly with potato flour

  • Shallots and Garlic

  • Dry seasoning/spices of your choice

  • Vegetable Oil

  • Potato Flour and Salt

  • Eggs

Method

Step 1

Add the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and stir well.

Step 2

Marinate the chicken drum sticks and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or more (the longer it marinates, the more delicious it will be).

Step 3

After marinating, coat it with the Tante's cracker crumbs and deep fry it!
