Chicken drumsticks
Tante's Cream Crackers, crushed into crumbs and mixed evenly with potato flour
Shallots and Garlic
Dry seasoning/spices of your choice
Vegetable Oil
Potato Flour and Salt
Eggs
Add the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and stir well.
Marinate the chicken drum sticks and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or more (the longer it marinates, the more delicious it will be).
After marinating, coat it with the Tante's cracker crumbs and deep fry it!
