This conchiglie goat cheese pasta recipe is made with garlic and fresh parsley. It is simple to prepare with only a few ingredients.
500g of Tante's conchiglie pasta
Goat cheese
100g peas
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
50g butter
Olive oil
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Start by filling a large pan with water, add a teaspoon of salt then leave on a medium heat until boiling
When the water is boiling, turn down the heat and add the Tante's conchiglie pasta, cook for around 10 minutes
Meanwhile, add a drizzle of olive oil to a frying pan then pour in the peas to thaw
Mix the crushed garlic with the butter
When the pasta is ready, drain then add to the frying pan with the garlic butter
Chop the Cheese into small squares and add to the pan, season with salt and pepper, stir it in the frying pan for 2-3 mins
Serve with chopped parsley leaves
