300 g Uncooked Tante's Fusilli Pasta
2 cup Heavy Cream
1.5 cup Parmesan
2 Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp Butter and 1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic chopped
1 tsp Garlic Powder and 1 tsp Chilli Powder
Black Pepper to taste
Sea Salt and Sugar to taste
Cook Tante's fusilli pasta with salt according to direction. Set aside.
Slice chicken breasts from 1 chicken into 4 parts, cut in half and then cut lengthwise.
Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, chilli powder, salt and black pepper.
In a pan fry, fry the chicken until golden and nice over medium heat.
After the chicken breasts are cooked, turn off the heat and transfer it to a plate.
In the same pan fry, heat the butter over medium heat.
Fry the chopped garlic until golden.
Add heavy cream, stir until mix well.
Add salt, sugar, black pepper and parmesan then mix well until parmesan melted.
Add cooked fusilli, then mix the fusilli with sauce. After combined, turn off the heat.
Slice the chicken breasts then add them into the fusilli alfredo.
Sprinkle it with parsley And it is ready to serve.
